A work request is created and attached with a single action in Bentley Expert Designer Communications. The design is created by coping the system configured seed DGN and attaching the new DGN to the work request. A single design can be created and attached.
- From the list of work requests in the My Work view, select the work request to which you want to attach a design.
- From the Actions menu, choose Create Design. Or right-click the work request, point to Actions on the shortcut menu, and then click Create Design.
Note: The action also changes the state of the work request to the next state in the workflow.
